Leading the Market in Cisco ATPs: Touchbase in Spain - 17 October 2007

Touchbase in Spain has met all Cisco Advanced Technology Partner program requirements to become Voice Portal satellite partner accredited.

This accreditation means Touchbase is the only partner in Spain to have this capability, a unique position also being the case for the Rich Media ATP. It adds to the Contact Centre ATP to create a comprehensive capability around Cisco technologies in Spain.

This particular ATP adds to Touchbase’s portfolio of ATPs across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America ; in Rich Media, Contact Centre and Cisco Voice Portal. Cisco ATP offerings not only help define the necessary knowledge and skills to bring emerging technologies to market, but also provides a program to support the services required for a particular technology.
