Touchbase achieves Global Cisco Managed Service Certified Partner - 18 December 2007

Having been audited on its global capabilities to deliver Managed Service on LAN, Wireless LAN (Mobility), Unified Communications and Contact Center, Touchbase has been awarded Global Cisco Managed Service Certified Partner.
 
This becomes a key element of Touchbase's Optimize offering - an ongoing phase that maximizes the potential for business outcome within a client's communication environment. As with the Master Unified Communications Specialization, which Touchbase has already achieved in Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States, this was an in-depth look at Touchbase's capabilities, conducted by 3rd party ISO auditors, with a specific focus on Managed Services. This was reviewed from a global perspective and goes to strengthen Touchbase's ability to deliver anywhere across the globe.
 
The auditors report shows that Touchbase not only met all the requirements but received an unprecedented zero action points.
