Cisco Voice Portal: Advanced Technology Provider awarded to Touchbase in the UK - 16 October 2007

Cisco has awarded Touchbase the Cisco Voice Portal (CVP) Advanced Technology Provider (ATP). Touchbase in the United Kingdom now holds ATPs in 3 areas - Rich Media, Contact Center and Cisco Voice Portal. Touchbase is committed to leading the industry in the uptake of new technologies to maximize business outcome for its clients.

Cisco ATP offerings not only help define the necessary knowledge and skills to bring emerging technologies to market, but also provides a program to support the services required for a particular technology.

Europe, as a region, also holds the Rich Media Satellite ATP in both the
Netherlands and Spain, and the newly gained CVP Satellite in Spain.
