Touchbase wins Global Cisco IPT Contract with International Investment and Advisory Firm - 20 December 2005

A global investment and advisory firm has selected Touchbase, the global technology integrator, to design, implement and manage their entire global voice infrastructure. Selected ahead of a number of leading international voice and data providers, Touchbase will replace the existing legacy technology with an end-to-end Cisco IPT solution.  The new solution will converge voice, data and video across 17 sites spanning four continents.

Integral to the agreement is Touchbase's commitment to provide the firm with one global team able to provide a holistic view of the progress of the project.  The Touchbase Global Client Programme is closely aligned with the needs and objectives of the firm and they had utmost faith in Touchbase's Cisco capabilities.
