Touchbase USA achieves Cisco Systems' IP Communications Specialization - 16 February 2008

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Converged Networks and Contact center specialist Touchbase USA has achieved ‘IP Communications Specialization’ from leading networking and Internet Protocol Communications (IPC) specialist Cisco Systems®.

The certification recognizes the commitment, expertise and service that Touchbase offers its clients in the field of Cisco® IP Communications, building on its existing accreditation for Cisco Routing and Switching solutions.
